Read more with her that are easy to incorporate into our day without being intimidating. I also starting see her for pelvic floor physio to help after my 4th degree tear. Bhoomika took the time to really help me understand what’s happening inside my body and what steps we’ll do to correct it. It was so much more than “do X amount of kegels each night” The space is clean, bright and huge bonus points for the fresh hot coffee offered upon arrival. Unlike other spaces in the city that claim to be for moms, this space was fully accessible including doors, washroom, and treatment rooms plus lots of free parking. So this is an ideal location for pregnant women, people with strollers or any other accessibility need. I highly recommend this Hope2Health.
