Amber graduated from the Massage Therapy program with a distinction diploma. She strives to continue education in manual therapy to help people feel the best they can and reach their goals in a safe and efficient manner. She offers General Swedish Massage and integrates a variety of stretching to help increase range of motion and minimize any pain and muscle tension. She provides people with myofascial stretching to help with restriction, trigger point therapy to relieve chronic pain, joint mobilizations and provides remedial stretching and strengthening for home care. She has experience working with youth (18 years of age and younger), pre/post natal massage, and treating repetitive strain/sports injuries, and can provide deep tissue massage. In her spare time she loves to sew and works alongside charity groups helping to raise money for sick kids and make a wish foundations.
